visayes is a SOFTWARE TOOL that helps you understand and prepare official border-entry forms. It is NOT a representation, immigration, or visa agent.

2. Not Legal or Immigration Advice

We do not provide legal or immigration advice. Information shown is for general reference only.

3. Not Official, Not Affiliated with Any Government

visayes is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of any government agency.

4. No Guarantee of Visa or Entry Outcome

Use of visayes does not guarantee visa approval or entry admission. Border officers have full discretion.

5. User Full Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information you submit and for verifying all data against official sources.

6. No Liability for Rejection or Refusal

We are not liable for visa rejection, entry refusal, or any consequence arising from incorrect or outdated information.

7. AS IS + Limitation of Liability

visayes is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific service in question.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold visayes harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Disputes shall be resolved by Hong Kong courts. EU consumers retain mandatory consumer protection rights.

10. Refund Policy

• Top-up balances are NOT refundable after purchase (you must consent to immediate service start during checkout, waiving 14-day withdrawal right per EU DCD 2019/770).
• Successfully consumed credits are NOT refundable.
• Credits NEVER expire.
• Refunds will be issued only in cases of: Stripe system errors, chargeback disputes, or our confirmed bugs.

11. Browser Extension Notice

Our browser extension assists with automated form filling on official websites. Using such automation may violate the official website's terms of service. You accept all risk and consequences of using the extension on those websites.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
