What to include
Tell us which country and which form — the Thailand Digital Arrival Card, for example — and what you saw on screen. A screenshot answers most of what we would otherwise have to ask.
For anything about a charge or your credits, write from the email address you log in with, so we can match the message to an account.

When the official website is the problem
visayes is an independent third-party tool, not a government service. If the official government website is down, refuses your submission, or states a rule that differs from ours, that side of it is not ours to fix — the destination’s own government is the final word.
