Do Finland passport holders need a visa for Vietnam?

No visa to apply for. Finland passport holders enter Vietnam without one. The Vietnam Pre-Arrival Declaration is a separate step before you fly. Ho Chi Minh City’s immigration office announced it as required for Tan Son Nhat airport, while Vietnam’s embassies have called it voluntary and its Immigration Department now highly recommends it.
